Is this allowed under Google's review policy?
ProofLocal is designed to invite every customer in the same way and does not offer incentives or filter customers by rating. You are responsible for following Google’s current policies and for ensuring your outreach is lawful and not spam.
Do my customers need an app or account?
No. They open a page with your business name and logo on it and tap a star. That is the whole thing.
Can I import my old customer list?
Yes. Paste names and emails in bulk and ProofLocal creates a rating link for each of them.
